Malfeasance Day was a suggestion by the Editorial Staff of The Climatebull, in an effort to remove the hypocrisy of Earth Day by renaming it to its correct name: Malfeasance Day.

By 2017, it was obvious that Earth Day was no longer a celebration of environmental awareness, rather it had degenerated into a vast greenwashing event here in the US, and other places in the world focusing on revenue generation, propaganda, and idolatry.
